How much?

Hey guys,

Hey i know u probly get this alot but iam wondering how much pot i can get out of a 12x8x8 ft room. It will be as high tech as grow ops can be built and iam not doing a perpetual system. Ill be using some 1000watt lighting fixtures.

All I have is questions....

do you even know how many lights?
what kind of grow/medium/container?
what kind of experience do you have?
what genetics are you running?
how long you gonna veg them for?
what style of grow are you gonna do?
are you using co2?

If you have skills and the killer genetics (low yeilding high $$$ cuts like OG, Bubba...) you can pull 1-2lbs per 1k.

If you don't have skills ands your runing the killer genes, you'll be lucky to get 1/2lb per light. Very lucky....

If you have skills and are running B grade genes (high yeilding pretty looking midgrade like AK47, Big Bud...) you will get 2-3lbs per light.

If you don't have skills and are running B grade genetics you will get 3/4-1lb per light.... maybe.

If you want to light up a room and max it out, unless you feel like wasting money you better know what the heck you are doing.

Not trying to be a dick but from the vagueness of your question I am under the impression you don't have many grows over 2 plants under your belt, if that.... otherwise you would have divulged a bit more info to allow a proper guestimation. its your money do with it what you will...

I agree with greyskull mate, need more info. id say with a room that size you could do anything.... if you can be arsed doin a system i reccomend looking at threads like 'get a pound every 2 weeks' think is called sumat like tht... very good . i wish i had tht space

Hey guys, sorry i didn't fill you in all the way... i was pretty roasted . The plan is since the room already has 2 doors, water and power i am going to split it into 2 separate rooms. One veg and the other flowering obviously. It will be a full hydro system. I can decide weather thou to grow in soil, rock wool or areo-ponics. I do know though the veg room will be 2x 1000watt mhs and the flowering room will be 2x 1000watt hps. I will also have percise control over humidity, temps and co2 consintrations. The strain i will be growing will be either ak-47 or hempstar... or possibly both. The questions iam in search off is what growing meduim should ill be using for max harvest and how much will that style of growing harvest on average. Cheers .... I am planing on growing 40 plants in total, so 20 in each rooms approx.
