How often do you fan seedlings?

I tend to keep them blowing all the time, but think it's too much air blowing on them.

All the time is fine. You want just a little movement on the plant.

out side in a thunderstorm seedlings can be under winds of up to 20 mph , so a small fan blowing is just fine . as long as the fan isnt keeping them bent over or anything its ok

keep it on low and move it around from time to time that way all of the plant will get a work out and strengthin evenly.

Dont use a stationary fan pointing in one place. It will dry out the plant. Use one that osculates.

Yeah, as long as you have an oscilating fan...you can move it farther away...or closer. Or just turn it to low...Either way fan=good. Haha.
