haha u already kno tech, i come to riu almost everyday, questions or not, i like the site, and it helps me read up on a few things later down the road too, like now im tryin to keep humidity down, so ima try to read more into that, maybe start a thread (which ima do in a sec)

Whats odd is that since I joined in Jan. I could never get in...and I have Java..but in the last month or so I can... odd shit.. My problem is that I'm a slow typer and by the time I get done typing what I wanted to reply to, it's 3/4 of the way up the page and my reply makes no sense.. unless I stick to the lol..lmao...
...etc shit..them I come off looking like a putz..
There I bent over....what no kickers....
I say what I want, but do it with some thought... but I don't get all this "lets get ourselves banned shit"...makes no sense..You can flail someone with your opinions and not go over a line... come on people... think a bit...then type..plus the backhand slap IS always the best..... And you all know how I feel about personal attacks and innuendo........

Okay Growtech, I need your I.T. help here. I can't view the whole chat, half of the words are cut off so I can't read it. I will tell you what happened.
Well windows ran some automatic updates and crashed windows on my notebook. So hubby installed Ubuntu and now running the Firefox browser (all new to me). The Java was all installed but somehow I can't seem to read all the text in the lines, it is cut off. Can you help me plz.

Nope, try Xchat. (IRC) I got rid of windows myself recently and had the same issue. I am using Ubuntu now. Xchat works great. the server is Dalnet and the room is #rollitup. The java doesn't work right in it.
Haha that's strange, i'm using Ubuntu too. xD
I'll give Xchat a try.
