I have two mothers that I put outside in 14 hour direct sunlight for 3.5 weeks. There inside now in a basement with a lot of branching. My question is how often should I take clones from them? How long should I veg clones for and what size pots should I get for them? Im trying to get a steady harvest coming in like every 2-3 weeks of at least 5-6 oz. My mothers are Skywalker OG and Green Poison. I have a Blue Venom and OG Kush clone that I plan to grow out as mothers too. Also I plan to LST my mothers to get more clones and LST clones for max yield.

Some people I know say take one per week, I believe that's frivolous. Just last week I took 5 LARGE clones from a 6 week female.

I recommend taking no more than 1/4-1/3 of her branches. You don't want to kill her or stress her. Also the strain is a big part of her vigor. IDK much about those strains.

Best clones are taken from the top, younger branches with at-least 1-2 joints.

I don't trim leave edges; others do. Research and decide for yourself.

How long should I veg clones for and what size pots should I get for them?
They don't need much light and if you do it in a humid dome your looking at 4-10 days before roots show through the pods.

Make sure to give them a few hours of darkness a day, remember you just performed surgery on a plant. It needs rest too. (It also creates its own CO2 etc)

Once they root you can transport them into larger pots. From clones I go to 5x5'' basket then a 3 gallon basket then finally a 8 gallon basket to finish in.

I grow big tree's though. :eyesmoke:
