how safe is buying marijuana off craigslist?

Do watcha gotta do man. I'm not a scared puss, just not a shit-for-brains.

We're not talking about buying cars on CL... We're talking about something that is borderline illegal. If I had to go buy weed I'd buy it off the same people I've been buying it from for 20 years.

i been right here, and i also have friends to buy it from IF THEY WOULD GO AS CHEAP AS THE NOOBS ON CL.

the bottom line is cl is a great place to buy good inexpensive buds. but STUMPJUMPER thinks its too dangerous even though HE HAS NEVER DONE IT!!

well 2 bad your not my friend and have a script, you would have gotten a lb for free.. i just GAVE away 6 1/2 lbs to my friends that are legal that can only grow indoors and can't grow but 3 plants all 2gether.. they don't have the privlage of an outdoor grow. so i help them out.. thats the way the MEDICAL MARIJUANA PROGRAM WAZ INTENDED FOR.. NOT SALLES OR SO CALLED DONATIONS..

I don't need to do it. Anybody that is legal shouldn't have to. Yes I think it is dangerous and stupid as do the majority of people with half a brain. I'm not about to go buy weed off some fucking stranger I've never met. Can't imagine the ignorance involved to make a decision like that. I'm sure there is legit sellers there, don't get me wrong, but it is risky.

you are incredibly ignorant to how this whole thing works. if nobody bought from strangers then dispensaries and delivery services etc would never work. its very simple to not get ripped off for us who have been in the scene long enough. sorry your not included in that crowd. i can elaborate however....check for bugs and mold pretty easily with your eyes, check the moisture levels by snapping a bud in half and checking its texture. i dont know about you but an uncured bud is kinda obv by its smell so pay attention to that too. ask a question or two if ya like. your not at more risk buying the bud from cl than a car or cell phone.

Its about as safe as getting a hooker on craigs list and banging her with out a rubber. I don't think its a good idea.
 
you can buy anything in the good old usof A even ilegal shit. just don't be caught useing what ever it is. lets go back to the glass pipe days b4 the legalization of medical marijuana.. they were legal to sell and buy but if the were used it was a fatty ticket
 
Personally speaking, I would never be able to go buy marijuana or even sell marijuana on craigslist, I would however pick some patients up on craigslist after meeting them, I don't think that would irk me the way buying/selling and fast transactions go.

Now that being said I would be more inclined to meet someone on MSU campus than I would at meeting Joe Homeless in downtown lansing.

I'm sure I am not alone in thinking that you're an embarrassment to the Michigan Medical Marijuana community and these forums in general.

EDIT: And I'm pretty sure that you answered the author's question of how safe craigslist buying and selling is, if you are the type of person on craigslist buying and selling I would rather sell my ounces to local patients for half of what I would sell them to people like you on Craigslist man.
