How Should I Store My Extra Seeds ?

Going away to college so i would have to put of my grows for about a year how should i store my bag seed's as well as attitude seed pack's to ensure healthy future grows ?

I was actually wondering this too, i think i read putting rice in a film canister and putting your seeds in there then putting them in the fridge, not sure tho.

Fridge is best. I like the rice/film cannister idea. I think that really, as long as they go someplace cool, dark and dry they'll be fine. Idunno if I'd put mine in the family fridge and expect em to be there when I got back!

Keep mine in the fridge also....have for years....no probs noted as yet....usually end up using stored seeds before a year is up.....

In a wood or insulated box in a dark cool part of the house. Then get a big tub of water and spit in it twice. Then smear axle grease around the box and wrap it up in oiled hessan. Submerge the box in the tub and then sneeze. All good for about 100 years
