im 3weeks into veg from clone and just wanted to know how tall should i grow my plant so i can flower thank

It's all about age not height.
Best way to figure when to flower is to work backwards. If your plant is 20 inches now, you can figure it will double in height if you go to flower today. That refers to height when you harvest. So check your flowering set-up to see how much room you have between the plant and the flowering bulb. Depending on the bulb you will want to leave about 12 inches between the bulb and the finishing plant. I send a lot of plants from veg to flower at 20 inches as I know the variety well and know that it will add another 20 inches in height during flowering. So, check your distances and that will tell you when the latest you should flower them.

Like the homie sunshine said its all about age not height. The difference between a month veg and 2 month veg is roughly double the yield when I've grown single plant monsters.

I have seen many strains vary in size when put in bloom. Some stretch immensely others not as much.. Other factors are light intensity, method of grow, space, etc.. Example, in coco under a 1000 watts I would let them get about 20"-26", I lollipop the undergrowth, top.. let a few days of recovery and bloom. Everyones situation is different, but you can put your clone in bloom anytime you like at this point. Good luck.

You can flower from seed or flower a clone the day you cut it. You don't "need" to wait any duration, it is a good idea to wait if you want a decent harvest at all. Plants can double, triple, or even quadruple in size when you flip them to flower.

Just wondering i have 10x lemon about 20inch tall and 10x incrediblebulk around the same height i have supercroped them both but as the incredible bulk is more indica then sativa should i wait till the incredible bulk gets bigger

The height doesn't really have anything to do with it. How many tops do you want? That is the question you need to be asking yourself. You could grow a plant at 24" with 1 ounce, or 3-4. That depends on how you have trained it. A month in veg (without any stalling) is a decent amount of time and should produce a minimum of 2 ounces.
