How tall?

I've only got about 6 inches to go until my oldest guy reaches the top of the box(he's about 50 cm already) and im starting to reduce light to get him to flower.... should i move him into a more open space?

to be honest... i dont know what the hell im doing..... not sure how to top and i dont want to try it without some help or advice..

Depends some on your strain but you want to figure the plants to be a little less than half the final height you want when you switch. Just count on them doubling in size after you switch to flowering. They also need to be at least in the 12 to 18 inch range before you switch.

This is general rule because I know someone is going to say I'm wrong because they have such a strain and it tripled in size before they were done.

ok, so ihave a romulan plant thats about a foot tall now, but shes only like 4 weeks old.... two more weeks until i start flowering or should i give her more time to grow/

Look at the nodes and make sure it is mature before you flower, as long as it's mature it doesn't matter.
