my plant is 2 weeks old, how many leaves should it have and how tall should it be

Its not how tall....its is it growing..??? are you getting new leaf sets.....

yes i am , my sets of 3 are allmost fully developed

its depends... if its mostly indica itll be shorter and bushier... sativas will be taller... do you know if its indica or sativa dominant?? or is it pure?? a pic might help to determine that... but 4 weeks should be around 1-1.5ft tall.. i guess you could use that as a sorta bench mark...
