How to avoid throat burn / coughing

This usually bugs me when I have some dank ass smoke, take a hit, hold it in, and then start coughing... but if you take a drink of something cold right when its in your lungs, you dont usually cough... but wtf do I know im so baked right now :eyesmoke:

cool your smoke down with ice.If your using a bong drop about 5 cubes in.If your smoking a blunt its the its the cigar.If your vaping hell if i kno not my cup of tea.
