trying to proof my door and windows. just weather stripped, here is my bag wall. what can be done about this type of thang

I don't understand? What thing? Is the panda film not working? You sealing for air or light?

its bags taped together in hopes to seal the windows. what else can be done about the door too?

Duct tape and spray foam will seal jusy about anything

Well once you learn yourself how to tell us what the he'll the question is. I would also say a case of spray foam. Fill garbage bags full of foam, put them in place and let it dry.
