This is the lightning system - ePapillon 1000W

My question is - which type of chemicals should be used to clean it? I want to be 100% sure not to decrease its reflectiveness.

I never forget the Bat wing hood's ,When i very first started i bought two hung them,And thought all ways good ,Then about 15/20 mins after setting it up i got a strong burning smell,The clear Plastic ,that they have on the inside of the hood had melted all over bulb,It was hard to see it ,so to not know it was there was a mistake any one could have made,Thought i would put that on just in case you are getting one,Take the Plastic of before turning the light on.

I use a Leather that you use for cleaning your car ,does the job perfect ,Talking Cool vented Hoods though ,for the glass and the white inner,Just warm Water.

Warm water and soap one time per week

just like the Gravita's

but ....
BEWARE!!!! This light comes with a 3 prong NEMA 6-15 plug which obviously can't be plugged into a normal outlet!
The only option is to spend another $270 on the converter
or spend another $100 on the wire and stuff
and then rewire a new line and special outlet for that plug! Not me!

Warm water.

That's all it takes.

Take a warm, moist rag and wipe it down real good. Then come back with a bone dry rag and buff it back to a polish. Don't use any soaps or cleaners of any kind.
