Throw your dry weed in blender and pour it in a crockpot with a couple pounds of unsalted butter turn it to medium low or 250 and stir it at least once and come back in 24 hrs and squeeze it into a cheesecloth or a tshirt. If you use more bud than shake and you want a good tasting that doesn't taste like seaweed, you cook it at a higher temperature for less time and not over blend the shake.

I wouldn't do medium low for 24hrs unless you are doing a large batch and plan on staying up for 24hrs stirring...more like low-low-medium for 8-12...I had a friend use our kitchen to make a lb of butter and she used medium-low heat for only about 4 hours and ended up burning it...just stir it often and keep an eye on it...after several hours you'll have butter laced with the goodness of MJ...also be sure its dried/cured so you don't transfer chlorophyll to the butter :)

Here are some good instructions: http://www.themarijuanaeffect.com/howtomakecannabutter.html

again NO, this is not a good way to do it.....I'm gonna have to make a comprehensive guide that will need to get stickied.
