Wattage and training are the main drivers of bud size/yield. These buds look typical size for week 4 to me but you certainly could've trained them better & let them veg a bit longer which would've given you more and/or bushier tops. Nothing you can add that will increase the size of your flowers except lighting at this point but you've still got awhile to go. Usually by week 6 or 7 you'll have a better idea how large the flowers will end up being; it's super early in bloom phase. Soon all those Pom-Pom buds will grow to touch each other & become one; that's when you will really see how much more you'll get off one than the other; keeping them even is a challenge but makes a huge difference in your final weight.
In the future if you top your plants & let them veg out to create a nice canopy and then prune & train out the canopy to grow evenly you'll get more and bigger bud but this must be realized way before you flip to 12/12. Training for yield literally takes years to learn how to do. You need exp and time to see what works for your situation so don't be afraid to cut your plants or bend them up like a pretzel to get them to grow the way you want.

It's already been said by Richard here but as this point yea, nothing much you can do to fatten your buds besides letting it live out it's life cycle.
I would definitely recommend topping and LST for your next grow though. I was unsure at first (I mean come on chopping of the head of your plant, ARE YOU CRAZY!?!) but my plants recovered from topping so fast I even super cropped this time around and they have all recovered hard and fast!
I can't wait to see those beauties you have posted finished up though. Even for untrained plants they look really great so nice and tall.
What wattage light are you using? Also are they in your water heater room? I love it.

Just you wait man those buds are going to get fat son. My little beauties are coming up on four weeks as well and one hasn't even started to develop.
In six weeks them buds is going to be so fat you won't even know why you made this thread dude. Keep up the good work.
Also back storage room is neat, there is a small storage space where I am but I can't get everything to fit just right in there so I'm stuck in the grow tent for now.

update on the girls i added a blueberry last night to my "flowering water heater room" shes on the bottom left.. as for the candy creams they are fattening up real nice!!! i was thinking about adding some molasses to my water and start cutting off the nutes for the 2 CC what are some opinions on this? i did it on my last grow and my colas were pretty chunky

More light is not always the answer. Your pics show leaves curling down, this is a sign they are trying to slow transpiration which means your temp/humidity relationship is off a bit. When it is in the zone plants grow bigger, faster.
I am also noticing in your last pic that light seems pretty far away? While I have always advocated to not put em too close it seems yours could be closer?

Well your askin how to fatten em up, I'm tryin to tell you
get the heat problem fixed and you'll see a huge difference, light should be more like 2 feet away. That pic of the 2 colas looks like the buds are airy that too is caused by excess heat

Me too. Temp still gets to 85. Using a walk in closet 4.5' by 12'
