How to fill out a Support thread

I can send a password reset to the email on your old account but i cant just allow people into accounts they say they claim otherwise that would be a serious security issue.

10-4 on that, haven't been here in a while; but when I bought a new computer...I lost the email from a decade ago to log in here. In fact, the email I used on the old account no longer exists.
So I've created a new account, old was sunbiz1.

Hello admin:

I'm having a problem where I can't use any of the features atop the reply box other than what looks to be some sort of search function on the furthest right part of those functions, it being black, but everything else being grayed out. I am using android on a Samsung phone, and can't exactly recall when the problem started. Could have even been since the riu crash, and restart. Not sure if I've approached this properly as in when I click on either link in the support section here, I get an Oops, we've run into a problem. Anyways, missing the ability to put a peace symbol, or any of the other emoji or emoticons I used to be able to include in my posts.

I had this happen before on my tablet tho, couldn't find the emojis here I deleted cookies and logged back in then found like three dots or something within those you had the emojis and they popped up the button to hit to get them.

Ok, hmm, I'm such a luddite. Not even sure how to delete cookies, lol. Yeah, sometimes they were gray, but there was a settings gear there. It was green, and if I clicked on it, I could then click on those three dots and could access the emoji like you say. I'm using Duckduckgo browser. Maybe that has something to do with it, but it used to work.

Go to your home screen on phone and click on the chrome logo,then up top right corner hit button and look for history,then make sure it says keep you logged into sites and it will show cookies to erase and the junk phone builds up by visiting normal sites and history stuff. Might need to log back in is all.

Try hitting the three dots on the right, then click on the square brackets. That should bring back the other icons.

Yea we fixed him that wasn't coming up for him. I said try erasing cookies and seemed to work.
