hey guys! was wondering how do you start the flower stage! its about time for my babies to start this cycle but as a new grower I need some help! suggestions please and +rep added!

Change your light cycle down to 12 hours light and 12 hours dark, and you want no light leaks at all when she is in her dark period.

also when you change the light cycle to you let the lights run dark for 12-24 hours?

I leave them in a dark period for 36 hours then start the 12/12.
It may not be the best thing for them but i have had no problems by doing it that way.
