How to get dense buds ?

Hey guys just wondering what's the best way to help your plant get dense buds , first pic is week 3 of flower
And second one is week 5 , pretty sure the week 5 one is Pineapple Express but not positive , any information/ tips would be great ,

Week 5 tent has one 600w light and one 250watt light ,

Week 3 tent has one 600w cooltube light ,

Potting mix is canna coco with perlite ,

Nutes , cyco platinum ,

They get feed every second day ,

1. Genetics.
2. Don't chop early.
3. Don't starve plant at the end.
4. Take it easy on the N late flower.
5. Kelp/liquid seaweed.
6. Proper feeding schedule.
7. Good light exposure.
8. Did I mention genetics?
9. Good environment.
10. Reading RIU and other forums religiously.

Good genetics and proper environment. I've found temp control to make the biggest difference, at least in my setup. Dropping my light on temps saw my biggest improvements in density. Hot temps tend to make buds fluff out.

starts at birth. find every necessary resource the plant needs and provide it at proper levels while controlling your environment to optimal parameters and veg long time

I concur. I never managed to get a plant to flower before and just kind of gave up. After becoming aware that most pot I can buy, from any source, is tainted with dangerous pesticide, I decided to grow my own. Thanks to all the fantastic and helpful people here, I am at about day 35 with some delicious looking buds. Kudos to you all.
