how to get light to lower part of canopy +rep

ok how can i get the light to the lower part of my canopy? the plant is 14" tall 2ft wide, im over 1 month into flowering and about 2wk into showing sex, verryyyyyyy slow strain i see, but its bushy. im running a 400w hps in a 3x1.5 room any ideas i cant lst, or supper crop due to stem hardening. and it automatically grew 5 tops so i really dont know what to do. the light is about 6"from the top of the plant. i can post some old pictures of it so you can get an idea. its a little bit bigger now. i only vegged this plant for 2 wks. strain "jackal" i made. well this certain strain the rest hijack is from a buddy on here.

The easiest way is to buy some 2700k cfls that are like 63 watt and hang them around the sides of the plant so light can penetrate. Its simple side lighting

look closely in pic number 4 i got 2 400w hps in a 4 sqft room . i could use them both but not on 1 plant.

Obviously its not gonna be the same as if you had another 400 hps but its gonna be wel worth it..a clamp light i 6 bucks at walmart the bulb is like 10.

i got a few of them from my last try didnt work out(dog) lol. view my 4th pic and tell me what you see.

Keep the CFL for veg cycle, the HPS is a producer for me in flowering. I suggest a bit of mylar, check the camping isle in walmart for emergency thermal blankets. It helps get that light dispersed. I trim the fan leaves that block light, and in turn, keeps air circulation in check. Or train your plants to lean, I use thin rope or a stake to lean em to one side, a trellis is cheap to make or get a tomato cage! Even better look for bamboo stakes in the garden section and use them to manipulate the plant to lean, in a week you will see results, and notice your plant actually keep the position...time to reposition!
