Ok this is the first time I have had to deal with root aphids. I know they are aphids and not gnats cause I have gnats before and this look nothing like them and plus I looked them up. They are everywhere in the soil this is my first time using roots organic so that could be it. I have some azamax and neem oil can I do a foilar or just water it in?

Second issue my babies look great no issues healthy green no burn tips nothing. But I recently started getting this rust crap on some of the middle leaves. Ladies are under 300w mh aircool hood about 6inches away. Temps range between 73-78 never above 79 ladies are in 1gal grow bags. Is it time to transplant? they have been in 1gal for about 3weeks transplanted from solo cup at 4nodes

topdress with compost (no poop). Bugs don't like that. Pick up some Dr Bronners lavender soap and peppermint soap. Use either in a foliar.

The picture is kind of dark. It looks like it may be cal deficiency. Top dress some kelp meal and/or make a kelp tea. or botanical tea / kelp, lavender, Aloe vera and bubble for a day.

since you do soil check this thread

https://www.rollitup.org/organics/636057-recycled-organic-living-soil-rols.html

also look into setting up a worm bin. Make your own compost and worm castings.

do a root dunk and spray with evergreen or another pyrethrum concentrate. idk if azamax will kill them or not but neem wont do shit. also you don't want to put any oil on the roots (neem or any other oil), roots need to breathe.

neem meal will work too. topdress 1 -2 tbsp . don't go over that, it can burn the plant. The foliar just spray on the plant itself. you can use that soap in a soil drench. The bugs don't like the smell. Its a repellent.. Compost alone will get rid of them plus the beneficial microbes. Those soaps are organic made from the plants. Lavender and peppermint have over 250 beneficial compounds

yes.. I usually do separate..
I do a compost tea with molasses, kelp meal, aloe vera, homemade worm castings and compost.

Next watering I will do seed sprout enzyme tea ( barley seeds unhulled or mung beans).

Next watering Ido a botanical tea of lavender, peppermint, kelp meal and aloe vera.

In veg I also do teas of alfalfa meal and kelp meal.

You can use fresh or dried plant material or if lazy or don't have it. The soaps can be a substitute.

for nutes I topdress crab meal, kelp meal and sometimes neem meal and my homemade vermicompost.

Its all about sourcing nutes locally and making or growing your own nutes and get away from bottled nutes and the brainwashed hydro shop mentality
