Yeah I know this sounds like a scam... but its not believe me. I wouldn't risk getting banned or losing credibility here.
Today I stumbled across this site that has thousands of free ringtones and a script that allows you to upload/create your own, send em to your phone and share em with a large community.
All you do is sign up at www.phonezoo.com and BAM! You're in. No fees and no spam texts. They make their money from the ads displayed on the site (which aren't intrusive at all).
Once you've registered, you're free to browse and download all kinds of awesome ringtones. It also has a voice recorder so that you can create your own voice ringtones and it has an option to upload ringtones that you've made or have stored on your computer.
To make your own music/soundbite ringtones, just find and download a free sound editing software, find a sound file and chop it up just the way you want it. Then all you do is go to phonezoo.com and upload your file and send it to your phone.
If you don't believe me, just do some research via Google (type "phonezoo reviews").
The only reason why I'm posting this is because I'm amazed that its actually legit. Trust me, I've tested it out and have downloaded a whole buttload of ringtones. I even made one of my own.
I thought it would be a nice thing to do to share it with my fellow potheads.
