What's taller input on growing hydro chemically but getn quality taste and smells looks too? I kinda lk Chen's better although it had no smell or taste.. i used additives too..? Lk terpinator. And others.. now IM using organic earth juice.some say i can use em in hydro with great success ..others day the original line up is only for soil?? :( lucky i gotta hesitate bottle and A.N chem nutes left.. i took a plant out..and put it in the A N. Nutes.. if it works better..IM sticking with Chen's in hydro..or looking for a organic Ph neutral nute line.. sum tell me it don't matter if ur Ph is 8-9 its organic..don't Ph it..others say Ph it.. planning on getn Ph down..but heard it makes the ppms all crazy.so i will Ph it after i check tds and the Ph it..but days later when i check it the poms will be Ph down also? With nutes? How do.i tell if it needs nutes/water if tds is off?

ph is ph . must add nutrients then check ph adjust accordingly . also just use straight ph water at least 5 days in hydro to get it to taste good .your flush last 5 days before harvest / . you really seriously need to read about the proper ph levels . hydro ph is a lot lower then soil . the 8 will sure to kill the plants .

I know Ph 5.5-6.5 but other ppl are confusing me with organics sayndont Ph it. It'll do it itself with the bennies and brewing it..i brewed it? Maybe ill do it again..Ph it before i brew it this time or ad ingredients

If you want it to taste like it was grown in organic living soil then grow in organic living soil mix. Your DWC with earth juice is not the same thing...in any hydro system you need to control the ph, ppms, temps etc. In organics you just give all they need in their mix & let the plant do its thing- it already knows what to do; humans think they are smart with their terpinators & tiger blood but it's more about marketing to you than it is about keeping healthy plants.
In order to get true organic bud quality you need to build up a mix which takes a long time. The difference is compost which contains microbial life; nutrients feed plants a whole soup of stuff whether they need it or not whereas natural organic soil feeds the plants what they need when they need it through microbial activity. Bacteria consume, fuck, and fight each other while the fungi attached to the roots help absorb what the plants need in a natural soil grow just as it has since the dawn of time. Nutrients are just sucked up by the plant & converted to usable sugars through photosynthesis. Keep in mind everything you give your plants is eventually deposited in their tissue & that's why you end up having to basically starve them in the final weeks by flushing. Plants grown organically stay green up to harvest, never need flushing, and cure easier & taste better than any weed I've ever grown with nutes plus ph is almost a non issue..My 2 cent

I have only done living soil grows outdoors so no expert in the indoor thing, seems kinda messy lol. I honestly don't know if I prefer the outdoor more than the hydro stuff I grow, call me weird but I think I prefer hydro :o. My plants, for the most part, stay quite healthy and green right up to chop. I feed very lite and watch the plants more than EC readings. Never tried any additives for taste so can't say if they work, probably not lol. I have heard that some nuetrients produce a better profile than others, Botanicare I believe has been better for some growers re taste of final product.

Ty someone is on my level.. this is this first time growing hydro using "organic" nutes.. IM looking for Data, proof, test results, pics & advice not dumb remarks or shit i already know..as for soil i do grow in soil..i got soil plants in smart pots now..IM NOT ASKN ABOUT SOIL! SO PLZ KEEP THIS ABOUT MY ? AND POST..IF I WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT SOIL THE TOPIC WOULD BE SOIL NOT HYDRO..IM JUS ASKN FOR INPUT ADVICE EXPERIENCES ETC. If earth juice is not "organic" then i would be able to sue for false claims and false advertising... but i believe its organic i read ingredients and researched it for weeks.. but some say u cant use the og lineup in water??? I am!

The secret to good tasting hydro buds is don't burn them nutrients and dry and cure properly.

I've had side by sides of the same by grown organically and synthetically. The hydro bud was denser. That was the absolutely only difference I could see taste or smell.
Pm me i didnt get the taste i wanted from chem last time.. but i also didnt harvest it correctly

What does the manufacturer say about using their product in soilless? Do they recommend ph'ing? And I would think that strain choice is going to play a bigger role than nutrient choice, honestly I've never found a difference in the different lines I've tried but all were salt based. As for EC levels your right meters are useless with organic nuetrients and you'll need to watch the plant to determine its needs.

Ok final word here. If u use organics in hydro of any form...you will pH the solution after adding what ever it is you add. Vegging you can use penningtons kelp liquid. It has 100% of the micro and macro's to head off deficiencies. 30ml or 1 oz per gallon and roll with it. Budswel by the guano company makes both a vegging and flowering liquid that can be used the same way after being pH adjusted of course. I've used them both for bubble buckets and hand watered coco. I was sick of the naysayers who dwell on technicalities as to why it won't work and drone on to hypotheticals and of course yakking on and on about how you'll need cal-mag. Fucking cal mag. Here's 4 coco plants days away from harvest...they are hand watered 2x daily with budswel and lots of runoff so don't listen to the people who argue "in theory" it shouldn't work or it didn't work when they tried it.

I was told to flush it with just water the last two weeks of flower.
Your welcome.... you should take his advice ^^
Wont fix the bud to leaf ratio or frost her up. But its not too late to break down some of that chlorophyll and have a better tasting crop
Might be able to knock some of.the shine-wax off the leaves too
