You don't force it on her. Be happy your girlfriend is your girlfriend. Aren't you good enough for her to think she is living because you are her boyfriend ? Grow up !!

It's a lot like sex. You can't just run up and stick it in her mouth. It has to be her choice. Make sure she's educated about marijuana because there are a ton of misconceptions, myths and downright lies out there about smoking pot. I've had several friends who were anti pot come to realize it is just a harmless plant with beneficial medical qualities and they even want it legalized. One of them still doesn't smoke, never has never will type of deal and he wants it legal as well. Get her well informed. A lot of people are also turned off strictly cause they don't feel comfortable smoking. Try offering it to her in a different form like brownies. Vaporizers will sway a good number of people once they learn that thc does no harm to the body because they know that's the only thing they are inhaling.
Also a drink in her would loosen her up. Don't even get her tipsy though. Wouldn't want her to spin out. Remember if she still says no then you have to respect her decision and let that be the end of it. Be happy with what you have

I doubt he is legally old enough to purchase alcohol. If he is old enough, boy he has some serious growing up to do & fast !!
I've never offered marijuana to non smokers & if I did extend out a joint their way it was because I didn't know & when he or she said no thanks well I would just leave it at that. Never push anything on anyone. If she wants to smoke then let her ask for it. Don't be persistent to get her to smoke. If she already turned it down once from you don't try anymore to get her to smoke. You'll lose her if you keep trying to get her to smoke & maybe even get your ass kicked.

I think you misunderstood me I didn't mean it as going up to her and being like "I think you should smoke and here is why". Just educate her over time and she might become more comfortable and eventually ask for it. I also had a friend who I could tell wanted to partake but he didn't want to smoke. He didn't even know there were options other than smoking. I don't know your girl so I don't know what her reasons are so I'm just covering all the bases. I'm with you mookie about offering it to people who don't smoke unless it's my close friends. It kind of a running joke for the last four years that we have been passing it to our one buddy like he's part of the rotation and he just hands it off to the next person every time.
On another note, to say she's not living because she doesn't smoke marijuana is a terrible thing to say. She is living and living the way she sant's to.
