How to judge seed maturity

I have a little cross breeding project going and so far so good. Seeds are everywhere.. my question, at what point do I consider the seeds mature enough to harvest? Any tips?

5+ weeks after they are pollinated

when brown nuts become visible

I usually like to go a couple weeks past when I'd harvest for consumable flower, and then let the flower dry to dust more or less before shucking.

They will turn dark, lose the greenish shade and pop out easily. After its mature the part that holds the seed to plant dries out and seeds become separate from plant itself. This is when they are ready. It takes about 6 weeks, but some seeds mature much earlier than others. At 6 weeks almost all should be ready. You should be easily find and pop out finished seeds at this point. If you see that there are many that are not ready, then let them stay for a while more.

Just treat the plant like normal, harvest like normal. Leave the seeds alone! For fucks sake you youngsters!
