How to kill red spider mites

I wouldn't use these on budding plants, but hot shots work great! Seriously. Every nook & cranny gets hit by the vapor.
No worries about reapplying for eggs; this shit is continuous release. I had mites big-time and hot shots killed em all. Haven't had a problem since I hung the hot shots.

Other than they cause cancer in humans, I'd use them sparingly when mites appear but don't leave them hanging in your room for 3 months!

I've tried pesticides sprays which killed some of my plants, also tried the chili pepper spray, and sulfur, none of them got rid of the mites they always come back :) , until I used the hot shot strips which killed the mites and got rid of them in less than a week.
I have a 4x4 tent , I would hang a couple of strips during the dark period {one strip is enough but I like going nuclear ) with the fans off, and take them out & put the strips in zip lock bags during the lights on period and air the room where my tent is located. repeat after three days.
now spider mites are history.

P.S. : hot shot strip doesn't kill white flies.

good luck to all
