How to make vape cartidge with 61%thc RSO??

I really cant get any thing good to smoke here in eu but I can order 61%thc RSO which is already decarb from Netherlend..so can I make vape cartidges from this and how please..
I want that puff puff STONED effect, I know that I can eat oil like that but high isnt good like smoking it ,at least to me and must wait 1-2 h till it kick in so really want some smoke method how can I use this medicine

What Jfreak said and before you go smoking ANYTHING you need to know if it is cut with something..... RSO could be cut with coconut oil...,,, don’t smoke that. Go to the link and read it. It’s packed with info
