How to open a NJ Dispensary.

I'd Call A dispensary from another state and ask them... I'm pretty sure they'd help u out to get started...

Difficult does not mean impossible. I'm an american citizen and have just as much right to open one as the next person.

paperwork and formalities are just a small hurdle.

You can't open a dispensry in Jersey. In an attempt to kill the program Gov. Christie decided to only have state ran centers. Three in each section south,central, and northern. That was his attept to kill a program Corzine signed his last day in office. Christie has never been behind this program, and as a former federal prosocuter, knew the loop holes that would put the brakes on a medical marijuana program in Jersey. Since the feds still have not made mmj leagal there's still a chance for people getting arrested for dispensing marijuana. Since Christie didn't want state employees to go to jail he vowed not to make a move until he got word from the federals that no one working for a state ran center would be arrested the program was not going any further. Thus killing the program all together. Tuesday though he announced that after weighing his options he has come to the conclusion that the feds had bigger fish to fry, he decided to set the wheels in to motion again. We are an example of the wrong way to run a mmj program. You can't grow you own, no home delivery service, and you gotta be almost dead to qualify.

The law has to be like in cali, rent or buy a place of business,get pot set up and you go from there.
you can gather up signatures and hopefully they pass it. goood luck

that's just the thing, the law in nj is nothing like the laws in cali, or any other med state, or the district of columbia.. go read gopherbudda's post as he pretty much spelled it out very well for everyone..

Thanks man. I've been studying this program like crazy praying that Jersey will wake up and see how messed up this whole situation is. I mean if you do qualify, you're not going to be able to make it down to pick up your meds. If the mob was still running the state I bet this program would be in full affect.

i pretty much just said the same thing in the corzine saved nj thread, or some shit like that yesterday.. yah, you've got to pretty much have full blown aids and be on your death bed in the state of nj to qualify for mmj, then how the fuck are you going to be able to get it? lol, it's a fucking joke and a half..
