Does mykos help prevent transplant shock ?
Follow the basic principle within this tutorial and you’ll get almost zero shock.

Prep new plant pot

Back fill so that you have a hole in your new medium.

lift out and plant In then water it in.

Op, you can avoid transplant shock by having a healthy plant, not transplanting into colder soil than what you have, using kelp, or fish shit, mykos can help as well.
I've only had shock when I planted in cold soil

If they are ready to transplant you shouldn't get much or any shock if you handle them gently.
The roots should hold the substrate together without crumbling.

Make your hand in the "Spock" sign, cover the pot with your split hand up to the stalk. Turn it upside down and slide the pot up and off.
Use your favorite sprinkles if you like, then gently turn it upright and sit it in the next pot up (or final) gently drop substrate around it (packing to your liking) and water in. No huhu.

One time I was doing a transplant, and when I pulled out the plant of the pot I accidentally dropped it, it was horrible, dirt all over the place, the root ball no longer such a thing, I freaked out. I placed the dirt back into the bigger pot, I made a hole and then inserted the plant, pushed it a little and watered it. A week from that the plant was alright and started growing again. I think that was as much transplant shock as a plant can receive.
