How to ScroG?

Im new to scrogging and I would love to know the best way to scrog a single plant, any tips and advice greatly appreciated.

P.s. I'd love to see some badass scrog grows maybe I can get some inspiration from

Goto walmart craft section, buy small diameter wooden dowls, space every 3 inches, tie with string.
Stick 4 dowls in the container on the edges, put the grid on the plant and bend the plant over. Push the branchs out to the edges and slowly push the screen lower. When the grid is as low as you can reasonably get it and still water/not overly damage the plant tie the grid to the dowls you put in the container.

Continue to tie down the new growth till about week 3.

I like to run 4 plants. Flip with the screen 4-6” above canopy. Pvc frame, 2” spacing. As she stretches up through, i spread her out till she fills her alotted area. Middle shoots will fill in. Ones that stretch too tall i tuck under but other than that no weaving.
