if you go to go advanced and clikc the little peper clip next to the smiley face you have a new interface of every picture youve ever put on roll it up rollitup.jpg from there you click the boxes and hit insert, anything from albums to anything youve posted of photos will be there

It's not difficult. RIU has all the tools you need to post great threads with pics.

I haven't read all 21 pages of this thread so forgive me if this has already been mentioned. When using a cell phone to take pictures, it is probably in your best interest to make sure to turn off location settings for your camera app on your phone. Otherwise people can view the metadata of the pic and pinpoint the location.

Can anyone school me on how to take security precautions, like say I have some great pics but don't want any one to know where in the world I am, kinda security?

Hi the first post i made was in newbie section, titled " soil grow log". Is there a way i can duplicate/copy this into a journal?

Started a journal from sctratch but i going nuts trying to post pictures to my journal. Whenever i try to leave a new post to it, it asks for a new title, when i go advanced and want to add pictures to it it asks for a url link.

Completley baffling? It asks to leave a comment rather than continue posting to my journal? and i cant post my pictures ive uploaded to those comments without url links. Thet set up and lay out are different to just posting pictures to a post which is simple as i just go to manage attatchments, this feature is unavailable for my journal?

I tried the above too..same problems as above, very confusing. Can only post pictures on the very first post i make after that same as above

Yes thanks im aware of that. What i would like is some basic step by step instructions as to where to start a journal, ie on the journal page it says create new post? does this mean create a journal? Then when i start a journal, how and what do i "click" to carry on posting to it? where do i find it on my profile? it seems once ive started it i can no longer post to it. For example it says make a comment, or start a thread? does this mean start a journal?? or start a thread?? i dont want to make a comment on my own journal i want to carry on posting to it. Also subscribe to my own journal? do i need to do this. Also still having difficulty posting pictures, for example, once i start a journal i can post pictures using manage attatchments, if i want to further the journal im asked would you like to comment, and thats when if i do comment i cannot post pictures using manage attatchments because its not there, it just asks for a url link. Sorry lots of questions complete newb. Also have now created several journals all with 1 or 2 pages which i cannot delete. So im not going to try again until im sure exactly what to do. youre not being a dick youre just obviously computer illiterate ill make a video or something and post it in the FAQ in support give me a day or so

did you read this https://www.rollitup.org/support/650493-faq-check-here-first-updated.html question number 8 do you need more instructions than that..? its pretty straight forward

Well your contradicting yourself then, if you say its pretty straightforward as number 8 starts and i quote " this has to be the most confusing one".. Slightly computer illiterate but degree educated nevertheless, and a huge dick too :o
