How to tell the best time to harvest

Hi all,
This is my first grow, so far I think it’s going good. I’m using the fox farm trio you know the 3 bottle package they sell on amazon. I was looking for some harvesting advice!
how to tell the right time to harvest.

So next question harvest and hang whole plant or cut and hang just the buds?

Its a nice plant but where you gonna hang that whole tree in your house.living room maybe?
