How weed feel in different conditions?

Hello growers. I want to know how dryed buds feel like outside, underground, in winter, in freezer? Is it affects some how THC quality? Weed is in closed jars but outside conditions may change... Cause I can't let them stay in closet!
 
Is it good to put them in jars and then in some plastic BOX and leave them in garage where is abou +6C only? and weather now is wet and rainy. If weed will be closed and jared very well, is this weather can affect weed?
