how would you do it?

Figured I'd drop a question for everyone. A little background. i'm growing in my basement. My issue/Problem is I have four 400w lights. 2 are htg supply 400w hps w/MH conversion bulbs. 2 are just 400w MH's. it's what i have so its what I'd like to use. what would be the best configuration of these, in your opinion. right now I am in flower 4 plants. 2 hps above next to each other. the other 2 are high bays with 12" reflectors thats I cut in half and are hanging on either side half way down the plants. Is this the best use? are the MH wasting energy in flower. Oh yeah the MH bulbs are the SunMaster Warm I believe. the size of the total room is 15X13ft.

with what you have.
place all the lights next to eachother, and flower more plants.
stagger them.

or if you can
or throw the MH in a veg room and grab 2 600's for flower

Id use 1MH for veg and the other mh n 2 hps in the flr room hps-mh-hps .02

Thank you. Im leaning toward one room only though. I have to heat the rooms with space heaters at night 1500w heater and to keep 2 rooms warm sounds like the juice might not be worth the squeeze. Or is it?
