How would you harvest a plant like this one?

Hey, first time grower here so I apologize if this is a stupid question. Basically for my first time I wanted to test it out with a very small grow to see how I would do. I planted one feminized seed in a small pot (never repotted) and ran 12/12 from seed without any training.

The result can be seen in the pics below. It's essentially one big bud with a few popcorn buds here and there. Not sure how much I'm gonna get, maybe 10g?

Anyways, I was wondering a few things, should I cut the small branches at the bottom and separate them from the big one and hang each one to dry or is the plant small enough to just cut it all and hang it as one?
Also what should I do with those small leaves that are covered in trichomes? Normally people use them for hash but I doubt I'm gonna get enough to make anything.. Should I just throw them in the jar with the weed and smoke them?
Would appreciate any help, thanks.

I use my leaves for cannabutter. I don't waste a damn thing I litterally chuck my stems and leaves in the oven to decarb them and than throw them in a pot with some water and butter on simmer for a hour than repeat the process. Why waste anything? You have some nice sugar leaves to man you can get baked on some edibles or buttered toast!

Your yield seems realistic you should get above a quarter with what you have there. She looks really close to finishing so cutting any branches would just hinder it at this point.

Thanks for the reply bro.
I don't want to waste anything, but are the sugar leaves enough to do anything with them?
I'm gonna harvest it all in 2 days after a dark period, the trichomes are mostly milky and some are amber.

Dont give it a tight trim job. Just cut the green no sugar stuffs off.
Yes, smoke all the bud dandruff lol.
Also about the drying, should I just dry it as a hole or separate it? The plant is a big nug at the top and like 6 popcorn buds at the bottom

.... and... to answer your question...
Work from least important to most important.
I would remove the large leaves first. Then remove the small leaves that aren't sugar leaves. Then just use scissors up the side of the bud on the sugar leaves leaving the sugar parts on, trimming off the non-sugar tips.
Then hang it like a giant corn on the cob all as one piece and don't fuck with it.

I break my buds down as far as I can, they dry quicker in about 2 days. I jar for 12 hours (sweat). Then put the buds back on my rack to dry again for about 12 hrs (all depending on bud density). Back to jar for popping every few hours. If its still really wet, then leave jar open for longer periods. note: if you dont have a drying rack, pop a screen off one of your windows and use that. Make sure the drying room has air movement at all times.

I break them down to branches of similar size so the dry time is similar. I hang them in a closet. I use the stems as indicators of how they are doing. It slows the drying a little from the dry Denver air. It can be 2-days like you say but I slow it to 4-5 this way. Then its jars and burps.
