Usually when I get home from work, I clean the house.
Then I start to make dinner and try to eat before 6pm.
By 7pm I'm out the door and on my way to the gym.
I power walk for 30 minutes,
Then I jump on an elliptical for about 15 minutes.
Depending on which day of the week it is, I either work
my upper or lower body by lifting.
I get home around 8-8:30.
I take a shower and get into my pajamas.
Then I'll make myself a power shake.
By 10pm I'm loading my bong
I've been doing it this way for awhile now.
It not only keeps me in shape, but it keeps me from
being stoned all day everyday.
