I've been reading heavily on the site and really appreciate all of the advice that is freely given.

Someone asked me - what is LiftUrVibration - it is a bit new age... if you vibrate at a certain level, you will attract things in your life at that same vibration - kind of like how when you're already feeling good, good things tend to happen...
