Howzer ended up talking to LEO. Howzer is convinced that Roll It Up has everything to do with LEO's intervention. Howzer is a lone ranger and has not, neigh, will not talk to any person regarding any of his personal errata. Howzer makes a hugely valid point to keep a secure lock on any and all medicinal marijuana growing. Howzer's move and reprise with the new grow came with a hefty price; would Howzer's own old man give him away? No. He wouldn't. They're the only two involved. Loose ends? Forget it. There are none. It's RIU.
