HPS Ballast Help, please

Hey guys been here a while but i have no internet so i havnt been able to check the board lately.
I got a 150w HPS with ballast assembled. Bought a new bulb. Plugged it and turned on the power and PPFFFTTT!!! Power in the room goes out.

I walk down stairs and reset the circuit breaker. I plug the light back in another outlet with higher Amp rated fuse. And i plug it in, and nothing happens. THe bulb never turnes on .. nothing... WTF?

Can any body shed some light, this is only my second HPS grow so im sorta new with lights.

Sounds like ya fried the bulb or the ballast

My ballast needs a couple minutes before it can turn back on again after being heated up.

Try in 20 minutes.

If nothing then maybe you need to check with new bulb.
