Hi, Can someone tell me whether this light would be suitable for growing and flowering? It says its a hps.

Could someone tell me what fittings i would require to run this lamp?

You will have to buy a fixture that is made for that bulb,I personally wouldnt use the 1st light you showed a pic of because they put out alot of heat since the ballast is built into it.
