HPS over MH for Veggie

i went to my local Hydoponic store. they had a Ballast and light (all in one unit). She said it had both lights in it and just takes a flip of the switch. i think which she meant was that it came with the MH and a HPS light and you change them out depending if your vegging or flowering. the switch is probably true to since its a different bulb. It cost around 240$ for a 450Watt. something to think about. probalby weighed 20pds or so.

When a plant is in Veg it is also growing a good root system. Blue spectrum grows roots! Good roots are very necessary for good weed.

Switchable ballests are pretty handy, my 400 is a switchable. and it works well.

that would be nice, i have two ballasts. I put a Plug on my koolTube. So i can switch the bulb in it, then plug the other ballast in.
