It's been a while, still been shopping around. I wanted to know what anybody thinks of HTG Supply product. This package seems to be pretty legit with the digital ballast, operating at 20000hz. Having watched the vid in youtube about Hortilux vs Lumitech(some other major name) talking about the bulbs now having a pulsating affect when operated at the traditional 50-60hz with other ballasts.

Though I have wondered peoples opinions are on dimmable ballasts, and whether I should wait for HTG to restock their kit with the dimmable ballast??
