HSO Blue Dream, Sour Diesel, GHS El Nino, NIR White Rhino Flowering!

These girls are entering week 2 of flowering. The sour diesel and el nino are coming out of 6 weeks veg and the blue dream and white rhino are coming out of 4 weeks veg. These are fem seeds and all were showing preflowers before switching to 12/12. All have the very first sets of pistils(some more than others) and I will get closer shots as they mature. I plan to post pictures weekly especially if there is any interest from others. I want to give everyone asking about Humboldt Seeds Organisations some information and pictures. They are growing under a 600watt mh/hps in a 60/40mix of ocean forest and chunky perlite respectively. I feed with General Hydro flora series based on online feeding charts. I am fairly new to this but have had several good runs in the past. I am open to suggestions and knowledge and look forward to sharing the flowering stage.

Today while moving them around i snagged and broke one of the tops on the el nino. About the top four inches of one of the main budding sites. It wasn't broken completely off but hanging by the skin. I used tape and made a stint to hold it in place. I dont have any pictures yet and cant tell more at this second(since it is in dark). I would love some thoughts on what to expect or do as I am kinda scared right this second.

Here is the Jardin. I would call it a SOG.





First is the top that I broke of the El Nino. Yeah I fucked up but I think as long as it doesnt herm on me she will still produce nicely.

Here is a top of the Sour D in toward the back of the tent. Both Sour D's were LST test subjects that worked nicely.

Here is the center Blue dream. It was FIM topped about two to three weeks before switching because it was getting way too tall it shot to three feet in maybe 2.5 weeks.

hey j4eff that el nino looks like a heavy indica i want to see what that bad girl is going to look like when she is budding. Are you sticking exactly to the GH schedule? how much water do you feed them each time? what the PPMs and PH you stick around? Hope it goes well keep them bugs away!

hello friend... yeah that el nino is def indica dominant. Before topping those bottom fans were bigger than my hand and leaflets about two inches wide. It had serious leaf deformities or maybe abnormalities is a better word while younger and still pops a crazy leaf from time to time. I will get a picture of the newest one. I am pretty much sticking to the flora schedule from the gh website. If you follow it by the sheet exactly the ppm is about 700-800 but my water comes out the tap at bout 60ppm. I did bump it to over 1000 during veg and no ill effects. Just being cautious for now since i am fairly new. Learn and make adjustments later. Also tds meter just broke. Ph of the GH schedule comes out at about 6 so i run with that but when i flush every week I mix hygrozyme into solution and Ph down to about 5 or slightly higher. To bring the soil down if it has risen. I water usually till about 25% run off. As for bugs I got some neem and azo on the ready, fingers crossed never to use it. Any sugg I am very open to.

why did you bump it up to 1000 ppms during veg? Does it say to flush once a week? i have not tried that. have you heard of GrowBuddy, its a new program to hit the market, its pretty sick. It helps me manage and track my grow. ill keep checking back each week, cant wait to see how big they get.

Almost everything I do at this point is experimental. It does say to give plain water once a week, I add hygrozyme to it occasionally to prevent salt build up in the soil.

And my question for you. What exactly and specifically am I looking at in this picture? I know it is a calyx and actually one of the first preflowers. But do they swell like that, that fast without being pollinated. I have not seen any male flowers from herms and I think that I am worrying about normal plant growth. Enlighten me.

Preflowers swell like that quite often I've noticed, I like to squeeze them gently to check if theres a seed, and coz it smells nice

Some subbs and comments nice. Cant wait to take next weeks pics. I did squeeze a swollen calyx and it felt hollow, completely collapsed in my fingers and no other flowering spots on that plant look swollen other than the preflowers. I worry like nothing else bout herms. That sour d is the slowest growing though but is covered in trichs, which may be normal for a sativa plant. All other plants show no signs of anything but normal growth. Cant smell at all right now bc sinus infection so the aroma should be nice by the time I can breath again. Also thinking bout bumping up the liquid koolbloom a touch since Im not really seeing any sign of stress to the plant and I wanna see if they can handle it. If this is a bad idea and you know this please say something if not its more R&D.

Hello All... Sorry bout the no-show last week but sometimes it happens.
The garden looks great as I have been steadily increasing nutes watching the girls get big and just covered in crystals. I cant say if the Blue Dream is close to the clone only but I can tell you that they are of good genetics and appear as if they will be fire as hell. They smell like grape kool aid, the garden in general is just the craziest beautiful smell that I cant find words to describe. Also got a good amount of gear for future grows. Got Fire Alien Romulan from OGRaskal, Kosher Kush from RP, Killing Fields from Sannie, Mad Shack freebie from Sannie that I am excited about, and a ton of free shit from the tude, all in tact and appearing viable. Alright on to the show...

This plant doesnt have huge buds but it is covered and has lots of little rock solid nugs all over it.



Sour Diesel B



This plant has thicker buds but is very similar to the other Sour D.




Blue Dream A



This is beautiful 6 headed beast of a plant looks to be a good yielder and is loaded with trichs. I recently got a loupe and this one is nice to look at under magnification.




Blue Dream B



This plant was a bit of a runt so it never got topped or anything but it is clearly going to be fun to smoke.




White Rhino



This I think is my favorite in the tent. It looks sooooo good. I hear people bad mouth nirvana but if this thing keeps on it is going to be nice. Fuel smell, sticky as hell and just cant wait to enjoy.




El Nino



This plant, well, I dont know what to think about this plant. It does have decent trich production but the buds are leafy, but hey well see, still have plenty of hope.

awesome dude!!! im subbed, watch out for the neem oil my buddy tried that because he got mites, left the bud tasting so bad it was unsmokeable and had to be thrown out. also how long into flowering was that last set of pics???

Thanks for the advice on the neem oil, keep it for veg only. Ive never heard that and +rep for the knowledge. I just realized that I forgot to add a time for pics, which I also have a question for. The pics were taken yesterday which was day 35 of 12/12. Is that also considered day 35 of flower bc from readin on other post, forums and such it seems that some people would call it day 35 of 12/12 and day 28 flowering since they give a buffer week for transition. What you all think? And also do you think they are properly developed for being in that time frame? Thanks..

i can only speak for my self but i started counting once hairs started to show, my plants did stretch out within the first 48hrs of 12/12 though

New pics soon no time for uploads right this sec. I did take the pictures today so they will show the actual 42nd day of 12/12. All looks great and smells fucking incredible. I have had a couple plants whose fan leaves are yellowing, I did go pick up some CaMG+ today from the hydro store, gonna try that. Not really worried bc its not terrible and Im not gonna start giving them massive amounts of N again. I figure its pretty normal too, I will prob do pics tomorrow, but maybe later today. And yes from what I can tell HSO offers some fire genetics, I cant tell if this is a cross between blueberry and haze but it does smell of fruit(mostly grape kool aid) and is covered in trichs, and the sour D is comparable to others Ive seen growing if not slightly better. Pics soon, till then......

Hello All.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me. Sorry bout last week but I was busy I am gonna go ahead and skip to this weeks pics bc I doubt anyone wants to see old photos. But if you do let me know I do have them and will share just kinda lazy. My house is starting to wreak with the smell of fruit flowers and a nice skunkiness that is just glorious. Sour Dielsel A HSO



This plant looks great and smells wonderful, BTW sorry about the flash shots but didnt want to move them and shots without it were too dark. I did pull two nanners off this plant yesterday. Im not super concerned bc it is entering week 8 anyway but I did discontinue all nutes on her so that if need be she will be properly flushed before she is cut. Super cristally plant spread out but tight nugs. +love to Humboldt Seed Orginasation good genes people, you'll see more later.

Sour Diesel B HSO



Some of these may be blurry. Still filling in nicely and I moved it more to the center of the tent to get the more intense light. Again covered in trichs but maybe a more hardily stacked pheno than the other diesel.

Blue Dream A HSO



This thing is a beast, 8 tops all very similar in size and covered in stinky cristals. Still poppin new pistils frequently. Beautiful plant and appears to be a nice yielder. Some of the leaves are turning a redish purplish color, looks amazing smells even better.

Blue Dream B HSO



This girl was a runt all through veg but Im glad I didnt give up. Its not gonna be a huge yielder, but every gram of this will be cherished.

White Rhino Nirvana



This is a jewel of a cannabis plant. Stinky, covered in trichs, heavy resinous buds, solid bud formation. Will def buy more Nirvana seeds after this one try. I know I may have just gotten really lucky only growing one of these and getting a winner but its worth another try.

The el nino is still leafy as fuck. Those leaves are heavily covered in trichs so if nothing else it will become oil in the near future. I didnt do pics of it today, if you want to see it let me know and we can do that. But yeah here they are my girls are getting so close and I am so excited to finally be growing my own, fire.
