HSO Chemdawg starting to flower under 18/6

HSO Chemdawg from seed, 3 months old mother plant. I've taken one round of clones off of it a few weeks ago and was getting ready to take a second round when i noticed it appears to be flowering. Looked at some other threads where people thought theirs were flowering but from their pics were most certainly pre hairs.. this is def beyond that. So, couple of questions. Is Chemdawg known to need more than 18 hours of light to stay in veg? Can I still take clones now at this point?

Are you using an hps for veg? If so maybe the hps with 18/6 is tricking it to flower. Just a thought tho. I veg my HSO chemdawg on 24/0 an have been thinking of switching to 18/6 in my veg room to see my girls would like it better. Altho my chem mother is doing really good under 24/0. But my chemdawg mother does pre hair.

I've taken clones 2 weeks into flowering so you're good.

The clones may grow goofy for bit but then you get a nice bush. I like Chemdawg.. Never had a plant do that on 18/6

Bro it's probably just pre flowers. Pre flowers start to show when the plant has reached maturity which is normally around a months time. The more mature the plant is the more pistils you will see. And no it won't flower because you are using a HPS. Cannabis is photoperiod plant the color of light doesn't have any thing to do with when it will start budding. Hope this helps. STAY HIGH!!!

Word, thanks for the replies you all. It had def started to flower but kicked out of it.. I just trimmed it back and left it under the 18/6. all is well now.
