I recently purchased the 600w digital greenhouse with an aircooled hood and a second bulb. I am going back there first for any future needs. Very well packed with extra care for the glass on the hood and the bulbs, and it arrived fairly quickly. The ballast performs above expectations, and the rest has been great so far.
The one issue I had was with the wing nuts used for the socket plate and mounting. I tried removing the first of the four nuts on the socket by hand, and it wouldnt budge. I got a small pair of pliers, but that immediately broke one of the wings with the second wing breaking right after. Well, two other ones did the same thing, and I managed to get 1 off very very carefully. That made me stuck with a socket that I couldnt mount to the hood, and ended up going through hell getting the broken ones off finally after a couple of days. I replaced the bolts and nuts with new ones, and I have been happy ever since.
