Htg supply grow tent

I'm looking for your opinions on the htg supply grow tent? Are they worth buying?

I will give you the truth about them,, they work for a few grows then the stitching starts spreading apart and you will get light leakage .. everything that I bought from mtn and htg have gone to shit. I had a 1000 wtt dimmable ballast and it went out in 6 months of 12/12 .. turbo fan combo kit,fan starts roaring after a month, god luck

I disagree. The HTG 4x8 tents I have used were excellent quality tents. There were no light leaks and the rods to connect the frame were extremely sturdy. The tents are one of the few things I would buy from HTG.

I started to buy an HTG tent. From the video on thier website, they look decent for $. However, I opted to buy the smallest Gorilla tent. About a bill more. No light leaks, extra thick skin, all steel poles, and better reflective material inside. It will last.

I got a apollo hydroponics one off Amazon for 99$ amazing quality stong poles, 4 on top and it holds my weight of 160 hanging on it no problem. No leaks and I have a scrubber, canfan , led, and wall fan all hangin In there. In my opinion one of the better designs also I did not like the agro tent design.

I use the 39x39x79 growbright and have done so for the last 3-4 years works the same to me.. i am also looking into gotham hydroponics tents. They seem decent for the price

I got a amazon special tent about 6 years ago..still using it. I have cut holes in it and duct taped them closed...best 70 bucks I ever spent. I also use Apollo horticulture ballast's and they seem to work well for the price.

I look at it this way, buy the cheap Chinese shit, if it is garbage after 1 grow it has made the money back. If it lasts through several grows its all profit, no matter what you buy if you take care of your shit it will last.

the one downfall about the cheap Chinese tent is that the hanging braces had plastic hooks on them which supported the poles to hang the light..those broke after about 2 years but I was able to still hang lights with a little creativity. (just cut a piece of stapping to fit on top of the outer top support bars, gave the top of the tent a little more durability to put stuff on as well)
