What are everyones experiences with HTG supply? I ordered a 400 watt MH/HPS system Monday (nearly a week ago) and the order still says "in process" on the site. What does that mean?? I've e mailed them, and got no reply. I also called them and got voicemail (left message but no callback).

How long do their orders typically take? They claim to have "lightning fast shipping" but I have to dispute that. Their testimonials are full of glowing praises for their customer service but so far all I've talked to is a recording.

HTG is the shite!! Great customer service. You will hear shittalkers but dont listen to them. Tony is a great dude and stands behind his products.

Remember that we are entering the growing season and their buisness is busier than ever. I ordered some stuff this time last year and it took several weeks to get to me.

No worries mate...they are legit :hump:

satisfied customer here, 600w setup, had a bulb blow 2 weeks in and they replaced it asap, no problems since (knocking on wood)

i got mine in the winter so it was FAST

weeks is too long though, call them, they are BAD with emails.

Shoooot... several weeks?? I got lots of plants sprouting and Im running out of space under my flourcescents...

Damn though severals weeks... I don't doubt they are legit, but I hate when they say fast shipping if its not fast.

I love HTG Supply. Just ordered from them last month and I got my Ballast-to-bulb connecting wire in a jiffy- about a week i'd say. A lot of people do say good stuff about them. oh ya and they gave me a free lighter along with a little catalog. very much appreciated. Dont worry, you'll get it.

Just ordered a 600w hps system last night, hopefully I'll get it within a week, my plants don't need any more vegetation!

check their shipping map, it helps give estimates as when u should expect ur packages. also if its still processing w/o a reciept of transaction you may have mistyped some info. id keep calling till u get a person. i got VM a few times, but when i got tony, the problem was solved immediately.

HTG dropped my 400 watter off yesterday, it took I think 3 business days.

they are out of PA, thats weird its still in process, but if your close to there it wont take them long after they process it.

call them during business hrs. They didn't respond to my email either when I wanted to change one thing on my order but when I called during business hrs they processed the order and shipped the next day. My guess is the business doesn't have many people so they prioritize orders. I am a happy customer.

Ya, they are good people over there. I don't use them anymore, because I happen to live with an Electrician who get's shit dirt cheap and puts it together for nothing. I always had a good experiance with them, fair prices and not hastle.

I LIKE HTG Iwas not thinking and started some diesel ryder wile useing my 250 hps for flowering two other girls thought of cheapest and best production way out. Which for me was to use my extra hortaight and my cfl mogal soket with reflector then only neededa balllast called perry (htg) on a thursday explaned my situation advised on cheapest way out which was to by a ballast kit for 50 bucks THAT I GOT AT MY DOOR FOLLOWING TUESDAY HE WILL WORK WITH YOU HVE TO KNOW YOUR SITUATION.
bALLAT WAS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER WAS UP AND RUNNING IN AN HOUR. Now

Ok after two weeks my light is supposed to come in tomorrow. They said they were out of stock on the timer. I wish they would have told me in an e mail, I would have preferred to have the light about a week and a half ago w/o a timer...

I have no qualms with them, in fact I will probably order another light in a few weeks. I was simply wondering if it normally took them two weeks (guess not).

Htg is good Perry is nice guy call during their bus hours, I had brain damage one day and started a bunch of diesel ryders while my 250 hps was busy on 12 12 for two girls. After panic I thought of best and cheapest way out for me which was to use extra hps and mh bulbs with my cfl mogul socket that has a reflector all I needed was a ballast for me cheapest way was to order a ballast kit only 50 bucks easy to do up and running in an hour. Anyway called perrfy explained situation on Thursday had ballast on that Tues Am,
HTG is good and Perry is da man
