can anyone let me know if this is a reliable site to buy from, and around how long it would take to ship?
 
yes very trust worthy more people will kick in too but sometimes their products break but they really do stand behind their products unlike most companies their ballast come with like a 2-3 year warranty
 
Yeah, I've ordered a few products from there. I agree with dhhbomb, their products can break or in my case be faulty. When I ordered my 1000 watt the ballast didnt work and the light was broken during shipping. But eventually they got it right. I had another light break but i think that was due to my shithead cat, not them. If you need to do a return they pay the shipping and will send it fast. I would buy from them again.
 
Yeah, they are a good company. BGhydro.com probably has better prices though, and they are just as reliable if not more. They have 24/7 customer service chat room on their website, so you can chat with someone at the office any time to see whats up with your order.

Being that htg has a feedback score of close to 17,000 positive feedbacks on ebay i'd use that as an indicator over anything you'll ever hear on any messgae board.
 
I live an hour and a half away from their Melbourne store. Been there a few times great place. Actually going back there in a month or so. A lot of people choose HTGsupply I never heard any bad feed back yet.
