Other than giving them a lot of Nitrogen and a few trace elements, their is no reason to do this. Its not worth giving them a bunch of other elements and toxins that will do more harm than good. Check out composting with Humanure if you really want to give them nutrients that your body produced

If you put it in the water you could end up poisoning your plant via ammonia. Piss breaks down into ammonia (the Urea becomes ammonia in a day or so). Ammonia is toxic to plants..
