They closed all the collectives in my area *sniff* I gotta drive to Humboldt now and I don't know where any of the collectives are.

Depends on how much acreage you want. saw a 160 acre parcel with home, built in pool and outbuildings for 390.000.00. Checkout Madrone realty, or Garberville realty, redwood realty these are located in Garberville and specialize in Southern Humboldt.
