Humidity and whorled phyllotaxy

I just started my first grow 15 years after my first try. Man things have changed! I got some quality autoseeds, they’ve germinated and are planted in their forever homes in soil. I have two things I’d like some feedback on. First is one of them (out of two), has three seed leaves and as far as I can tell, 3 true leaves. (I’ve attached a pic). I’ve seen some say it’s a blessing and some say it’s doomed to be a male or hermie. Thoughts or experiences? Second, I’m having a hard time with humidity in my 25”x25” tent. I have two 3 gallon pots that have plenty of moisture in them at around 78 degrees, sprayed a bit of water on the bottom, and even hung a moist towel from the top frame. I would think at that temp that the moisture would evaporate with the higher temp, but no matter what I do my temp and moisture are constantly inverse. What am I missing?

put it on a table with a heat mat if u must.

a humidifier, an exhaust fan 2 or 3 x as powerful as your intake fan. negative pressure, also once it gets another inch or two taller----> a clip fan, box fan or monica lewinsky blowing on it.
Not sure why I would need a heating pad. That’s usually needed for clones with a humidity dome, not quite my situation.

An intake fan or 2 or 3 lower ports open (passive intake) is also needed. Fresh air is part of the transpiration process. But a humidifier is critical, for baby plants.
