Nice. I set mine for 35% - It's been running constant lately. My grow stays at 45-55%

No need for a humidifier in a tray/dome. Just spray the inside of the dome. Put a hygrometer in there and see where you are. Adjust vents in dome or ammount of sprayed water accordingly

I just bought one of the damprid buckets from the grocery store and put it in my closet. The humidity had been staying around 60% when lights off and 50% when lights on. It dropped it down to 45% with lights on with in the first hour. We will see what it's at in the morning. I just watered them, so we will see what these little things can do.

I got the little bucket not the bags. The bucket has a little plastic filter in it that keeps all the dry material at the top. Then when it absorbs the water in the air it hardens and falls down through the filter. The bags are replacements for when it all falls through to the bottom.

What about adding another fan sucking air out will that lower humidity
Indeed it will. The caveat is that it can only lower the humidity to the level of the air being drawn in. So if the air coming in is 60%, that is the lowest you can get the grow, and plant transpiration will add to that.

for instance, my intake air right now is 45%RH, but in the grow the RH is 55%.

Keep that in mind, but you are on the right track.

My humidity % lights on is about 57% and lights off its about 70% my regular temp is about 80-85 sometimes 86 so i have oscillating fan in my grow room and a cm fan for sucking air in an a cm fan for blowing air out the cm fans are 110 I don't think their strong enough my grow room is 4x4x7
